Jewelry Designer team provides a complete jewelry mold production starting from the beginning to its finished piece. The information contains all detailed process in each steps of production.

The jewelry pattern is sent to the goldsmiths for casting a model.

	Our original jewelry model is made of wax (Patterns that use wax models are patterns that require more craftsmanship and more elaborate details than those patterns made of metal model). Before the original wax model is sent to cast a metal model, it has to be examined by the QC to check if the wax model is match with its pattern. Other essential checking includes the weigh of jewelry, the size of gems comparing to its jewelry piece, the size of an overall jewelry, the diameter of jewelry, and its finished details.

The finished waxes are then cast in silver
and thoroughly examined for its details to match with its
pattern before being sent to the final polishing methods.

The model is constructed with design elements and cleaned.
Then it will be checked for its desired weight and other elements. For example, after the
model is cast, its seat and prong will be checked if they are securely fit for the stone.

The cast silver model is sent to attach a sprue (the sprue is attached with water method which is the process done before the model is cast.) The attachment is varied in each jewelry pieces.

After the model is cast, it will then be polished and checked to get the desired weight.
